Overview
The London Market Group (LMG) acts as a champion for modernisation in the London Market for commercial insurance and reinsurance. LM TOM is a market modernisation programme to support the London Market in maintaining its edge.
The existing website was no longer fit for purpose, lacking focus and clear content journeys for the user. Leading the redesign project covering IA/UX/UI, starting with a full site and content restructure, we created a new, user-centred, content-focused, mobile-first version of the site that was tailored closely to the visitors needs.
