Overview
UX/UI project for the registration/checkout process of the Selfridges e-Commerce website. I worked with the in-house team to redesign the checkout process to increase user experience, customer retention and sales conversions. The design patterns, user interactions and style guides developed on this project were later applied to the whole site, and continue to be used in an updated version currently.
